ONBIRD PHU QUOC – LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY NOTICE 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

OnBird Phu Quoc would like to inform you of our operational schedule during the Lunar New Year (Tet) Holiday 2026 as follows:

1. Office Closure (In-person Services)
The OnBird Phu Quoc office will be closed to in-person visits from February 16 to February 20, 2026 (from the 29th day of the Lunar year to the 4th day of Tet).

2. Customer Support & Online Services

On February 17 and 18, 2026 (the 1st and 2nd days of Tet), all OnBird Phu Quoc online support operations will be fully suspended.
On February 16, 19, and 20, 2026 (the 29th day, the 3rd and 4th days of Tet), online support will remain available. However, response times may be slower due to limited holiday staffing.

3. Tour Operations During the Holiday
From February 16 to February 20, 2026, OnBird will operate a limited schedule of three (03) tours per day, with a maximum capacity of 30 guests per day.
Guests are advised to make reservations in advance. Bookings will close on February 10, 2026.

4. Resumption of Normal Operations
All office operations and services will return to normal from February 21, 2026 (the 5th day of Tet).
