ONBIRD PHU QUOC LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT 2026
Dear Valued Customers,
OnBird Phu Quoc would like to inform you of our working schedule during the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday as follows:
1. Office Operations
The OnBird Phu Quoc office will be closed for in-person services for 5 days, from February 16 to February 20, 2026.
2. Online Support
On February 17 and 18, 2026, all OnBird Phu Quoc operations will be temporarily suspended.
On February 16, 19, and 20, 2026, online support will remain available; however, response times may be limited due to reduced holiday staffing.
3. Resumption of Operations
From February 21, 2026, all OnBird Phu Quoc operations and office activities will return to normal.
4. Emergency Support During the Holiday
For urgent assistance, please contact us during working hours (08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30) via the following channels:
