I. TERMS OF BUSINESS

1. Price and payment

• All prices on our website or sales literature are based on booking directly with OnBird Phu Quoc and are subject to change.
• All prices are VAT-exclusive and valid till 31 December 2024.
• Payment by card is available via our online payment system (with a utility fee of 3-3,5% of the transaction).
  
• All daily tours are subject to minimum participant numbers.

2. Guaranteed reservation and deposit

Depending on the dates of your reservation, a deposit by credit card / local bank transfer/ cash is required to secure your guaranteed booking:

High – Peak Season (30 Nov to 15 Feb)

• Deposit: 30 – 50% of the tour cost in Peak Season is required 
• The remaining balance can be paid in CASH to our guide on the tour date. 
• Should you wish to pay all the tour costs by credit card, VAT should be added.

For other periods of the year:

Deposit is subject to our availability and upon individual bookings 

3. Cancellation policies

High – Peak Season (30 Nov to 15 Feb)

• If a cancellation takes place outside the 72-hour period, a full refund without a charge 
• For cancellations made from a 72-hour to a 36-hour period:  the deposit is Not Refundable OR a 50% cancellation charge is applied, depending on the situation. 
• Cancellations made within 36 hours prior to the booked tour departure time or ‘no shows’ are subject to a 100% cancellation charge with no refund 

 For other periods of the year:

Cancellation is subject to our availability and upon individual bookings.

OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to cancel or change any bookings due to weather and tide conditions, lack of minimum participant numbers, unsuitable physical ability of participants or any other unforeseen circumstances. 

NOTES: All information on our websites – www.onbird.vn – tours, itineraries, services provided, product inclusions, brochure contents and prices charged may be altered/cancelled without notice due to any reason and at the discretion of OnBird Phu Quoc. 

II. TERMS OF TRAVELS

1. Some of the activities you may participate in while travelling with OnBird Phu Quoc can involve inherent risks. It is important to let us know about any medical conditions that you presently have (or have had) that may impact you whilst on board our boat and on any premises operated by us.
2. In consideration of the right to participate in an activity, you voluntarily assume all risks relating to, or incidental to, such participation and release and indemnify OnBird Phu Quoc from all claims regardless of their nature.
3. OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to refuse to permit any passengers to participate in any of the activities, or to require proof of medical fitness to its satisfaction prior to permitting a person to participate in any of the activities offered.
4. OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to refuse entry into or upon any vessel, vehicle or part of OnBird Phu Quoc property to any person deemed by OnBird Phu Quoc employees to be intoxicated, abusive or acting in a threatening manner to any OnBird Phu Quoc employee or other person. The directions of any OnBird Phu Quoc employees MUST be obeyed and any refusal to co-operate may result in you being excluded from the tour. No refund will be issued to passengers who do not adhere to these requirements.
5. OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to alter the schedule of the tour, substitute a vessel for another, or cancel the tour without notice if circumstances require it to do so. Should this materially impact your tour, we will endeavour to notify you of any changes.
