What to prepare
As this is a natural forest environment with uneven terrain, proper preparation will help ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Visitors should bring:
- Hiking shoes or sports/ aqua shoes are recommended
- Long-sleeved clothing to protect against plants and insects.
- Swimwear and a personal towel if planning to swim in the stream.
- Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
- Waterproof bags to protect phones and personal devices.
- Personal drinking water during the hike if you need extra
CANCELLATION POLICY (BY ONBIRD)
Adverse weather (heavy rainfall / unsafe trail or stream conditions): Hiking safety depends on rainfall and stream levels. OnBird uses an advanced forecasting system that lets us assess weather and water conditions well ahead of your departure. If conditions look unsafe, OnBird will notify you 3 – 7 days in advance wherever possible, so you can arrange alternative plans; and you will receive a full refund.
Minimum participant number: Each departure requires a minimum number of participants. If it isn’t met, OnBird will cancel and notify you in advance, and you will receive a full refund.
OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in response to adverse weather or stream conditions, insufficient participant numbers, participants’ physical unsuitability for the trail, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Section 1: 1000 m
- Section 2: 800 – 900 m
- Section 3: 500-600m (a bit more challenging)

Suối Tiên is a natural area home to many native plant and animal species.
Visitors should:
- Avoid touching wildlife or plants without proper guidance.
- Do not pick or consume unknown fruits, mushrooms, or plants.
