1. Surcharge for pick up outside Duong Dong Town, Ong Lang, Cua Can, Vung Bau area as follows:
- 1.250.000 VND /Group: Sol by Melia area (Sunset Sanato, Sol by Melia)
- 1.300.000 VND/ group: Bai Truong areas (Novotel, InterContinental, Regent, Pullman..)
- 1.500.000 VND /Group: An Thoi area (JW Marriot, New World Resort, JM Boutique, Premier Residences, Premier Village..)
- 1.450.000 VND /Group: Cay Sao Beach area (Jade Mountain, Naomi, The Pier resort, Cosiana Resort…)
- 1.500.000 VND /Group: Chuong Vic area (Peppercorn Beach, Hula Hula, Phu Quoc Dumbo, Phu Quoc Kim)
2. Children from 01 – under 15 years old & less than 155 cm high will be charged at price of 500.000 VND
3. Holiday surcharge: 100.000 VND/ person will be applied on National Public Holidays (30/4; 1/5), Lunar New Year (30 – 01 – 02 – 03 Lunar New Year)

NOTES & PRO-TIPS:
- Please have a full meal before the departure to have enough energy and bring some snacks with you in case you’re tired on the tour
- Prepare a long-sleeved swimsuit/ rash guard for snorkeling to protect your skin and also to minimize the use of sun-cream (read WHY)
- We provide high-quality snorkel equipment and floatation devices to use for the duration of your trip if you request for snorkeling at a surcharge
- You could bring towels, and dry clothes to exchange after snorkeling time
- Bring a water-proof camera to record underwater footage. Underwater photography by our guide is available upon request with a charge
- In case of unanticipated bad weather elements, we will advise you to change the departure date or notify you to cancel the tour before the departure date.
- Participants who appear intoxicated (read reason) before the tour may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
- For a group/ party that contains more than 8 people, kindly contact us directly for further consultancy.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Due to the nature of this activity, individuals with impaired physical mobility or those using wheelchairs are advised against participation.
- Individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, as well as pregnant women, and seniors above 65 years old are advised against participation. We encourage those with specific conditions to reach out to us for further discussion and assistance.

- Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB…)
We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payments (www.onepay.vn) as well as other high-security Payment Gateway. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant) or Payment Gateway Servers (even safer than OTAs that are storing your card information)
- Cash payments
Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation initiated by the guest.
- If a cancellation occurs more than 03 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued at no charge.
- If a cancellation occurs within 02 days of the departure date, the deposit is non-refundable, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the circumstances.
- If a cancellation occurs within 01 day of the departure date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available.
b. Cancellation initiated by OnBird
Bad sea/weather conditions: To address adverse sea and weather conditions forward open-water experience, OnBird has developed an advanced forecasting system that predicts wave levels, wave directions, tide levels, and currents. This system enables us to assess weather and water conditions 8 to 12 days prior to the scheduled tour date, ensuring both safety management and an optimized experience. You will get full refund, on top of that you know the cancellation possibility few days prior to the tour date. Thereby if any bad weather/sea condition occurs, please understand that OnBird knew about it and will inform you 3 – 7 days in advance for you to prepare sub-plans.
In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, please be assured that OnBird will notify you 3 to 7 days in advance, allowing you to make alternative plans. Should a cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund, and you will be informed of the cancellation possibility well before the tour date.
OnBird Phu Quoc retains the right to cancel or modify any bookings in response to adverse weather and tide conditions, insufficient participant numbers, inappropriate physical capabilities of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
