You’ll be picked up at your hotel and transfer by A/C car to An Thoi port for speedboat embarkation.

Enjoy the blue water in the early morning and get acclimated to the water, snorkel gears to warm up your muscle and listen to safety guides and introduction about coral reefs before snorkeling time.

For all hotels in Phu Quoc:

Due to the current global fuel shortage and rising operational costs, please be advised that a fuel surcharge of 300,000 VND per tour applies to all private tour pickups and drop-offs throughout Phu Quoc until further notice. This fee is separate from any previously mentioned costs and will be collected in cash directly by our instructors during the tour.

2. Children’s policies

Children from 10 to 14 years old and up to 155cm tall: charge 500,000 vnd/ child
Children from 15 years old or children above 155cm tall are charged an adult’s price

3. Holiday surcharge: 100.000 VND/ person will be applied on National Public Holidays (30/4; 1/5), Lunar New Year (30 – 01 – 02 – 03 Lunar New Year)

NOTES & PRO-TIPS:

We always recommend booking early as there are certain periods of the year when we are booked 2-3 weeks in advance.

Please have breakfast at least 30 minutes before the pick-up time to have enough energy
You can bring with you some snacks in case you get tired after snorkeling time
Some tourists might get seasick on the sea, you can also prepare some seasick pills on your own
Prepare long-sleeved swimsuits for snorkeling to minimize the use of sun-cream, towels, and dry clothes to keep you warm
We provide quality snorkel equipment and floatation devices for both adults and kids to use for the duration of your trip at no charge. You are also welcome to bring your own.
The swim cap is recommended for women/girls to keep control of their hair while snorkeling
In case of unanticipated bad weather elements, we will advise you to change the departure date or notify you to cancel the tour before the departure date.

Due to the nature of this activity, individuals with impaired physical mobility or those using wheelchairs are advised against participation.
Individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, as well as pregnant women, and seniors above 65 years old are advised against participation. We encourage those with specific conditions to reach out to us for further discussion and assistance.

All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant) or Payment Gateway Servers (even safer than OTAs that are storing your card information)

Cash payments
Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation initiated by the guest.

If a cancellation occurs more than 03 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued at no charge.
If a cancellation occurs within 02 days of the departure date, the deposit is non-refundable, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the circumstances.
If a cancellation occurs within 01 day of the departure date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available.

b. Cancellation initiated by OnBird

Bad sea/weather conditions: To address adverse sea and weather conditions forward open-water experience, OnBird has developed an advanced forecasting system that predicts wave levels, wave directions, tide levels, and currents. This system enables us to assess weather and water conditions 8 to 12 days prior to the scheduled tour date, ensuring both safety management and an optimized experience. You will get full refund, on top of that you know the cancellation possibility few days prior to the tour date. Thereby if any bad weather/sea condition occurs, please understand that OnBird knew about it and will inform you 3 – 7 days in advance for you to prepare sub-plans.
In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, please be assured that OnBird will notify you 3 to 7 days in advance, allowing you to make alternative plans. Should a cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund, and you will be informed of the cancellation possibility well before the tour date.

OnBird Phu Quoc retains the right to cancel or modify any bookings in response to adverse weather and tide conditions, insufficient participant numbers, inappropriate physical capabilities of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
