IN BRIEF

We have flexible daily departure times which are subject to sea conditions that we check daily for a better experience.

Each low-impact reef snorkel tour is designed with the following stops:

  • First and Second Island for snorkeling
  • Third Island where you can enjoy snorkeling by the shore or relax at a natural beach
  • Fourth Island where we enjoy the sunbathing and lunch in a private garden
  • Tour is designed to avoid crowded places

 

(Please note: In the summer time from May to October, the snorkeling & diving spots are subject to the water conditions as we always track to advise guests of the sites in advance, 

 

PICK-UP TIME

The departure time will be notified upon confirmation, contingent on the daily water conditions monitored and forecasted by OnBird.

  • Cold water will be provided during the tour, and an icebox will be available on the speedboat.

PRICE EXCLUSIONS:

  • Gratuities and other expenses are not included in the aforementioned inclusions.

 

SURCHARGE

1. Surcharge for pick up outside Duong Dong Town, Bai Truong, and An Thoi areas as follows:

  • 250,000 VND /Group: Ong Lang area (Mango Bay, The Shells resort,…)
  • 300,000 VND/ group: Ham Ninh areas (Jade Mountain resort, Naomi, The Pier,…)
  • 350,000 VND /Group: Cua Can area (Movenpick, Green Bay,..)
  • 450,000 VND /Group: Vung Bau/ Vinpearl area/ Bai Dai)
  • 500,000 VND /Group: Ganh Dau area (Sea Breeze..)

 

2. Children’s policies

  • Children from 4 to under 10 years old (able to swim): Free of charge for 01 child/ parent, from the second child, charge half of the adult’s price
  • Children from 10 to 14 years old and under 155cm tall: charge half of the adult’s price 
  • Children 15 years old + or children 155cm tall are charged an adult’s price

3. Holiday surcharge: 150.000 VND/ person will be applied on National Public Holidays (30/4; 1/5; 1/9; 2/9), Christmas (24 – 25/12) and New Year’s Eve (30/12 & 1/1), Lunar New Year 

NOTES & PRO-TIPS:

  • Kindly ensure that you have a substantial breakfast or lunch and procure seasickness pills independently, at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, to maintain optimal energy levels.
  • Please remember to bring snacks as outdoor activities may induce hunger
  • Prepare a long-sleeved shirt or swimsuit for snorkeling to safeguard your skin and reduce reliance on sunscreen. READ WHY.
  • Consider bringing towels for warmth upon return, dry clothing for changing, and a waterproof camera for capturing underwater footage
  • Participants demonstrating signs of intoxication  (read reason) prior to the tour may be denied service. In such instances, refunds will not be issued.
  • In the event of unforeseen inclement weather conditions, we will issue an apology and notify participants of tour cancellation through email the evening before or by nightfall. OnBird typically forecasts weather conditions 5-7 days in advance, allowing for ample preparation time so you can trust in our operation

  • Due to the nature of this activity, individuals with impaired physical mobility or those using wheelchairs are advised against participation.
  • Individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, as well as pregnant women, and seniors above 65 years old are advised against participation. We encourage those with specific conditions to reach out to us for further discussion and assistance.

a. Payment by Credit Card
We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payments (www.onepay.vn) as well as other high-security Payment Gateway. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant) or Payment Gateway Servers.

 

b. Cash payments
Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made at least 36 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total trip cost.
