- English-speaking snorkeling/diving instructors will guide participants in the water during the snorkeling session.
- High-quality snorkeling gear comprising an anti-fog diving mask, soft-mouthpiece snorkel, and open-heel flippers, meticulously sanitized between uses, inclusive of prescription masks.
- Floatation devices & life jackets
- Cold water will be provided during the tour, and an icebox will be available on the speedboat.
- Relaxing time on an island
- Sunset BBQ on small islet away from crowds adheres to OnBird’s low-reef impact standards (no no discharge to the sea)

1. Surcharge for pick up outside Duong Dong Town, Bai Truong, and An Thoi areas as follows:
- 250,000 VND /Group: Ong Lang area (Mango Bay, The Shells resort,…)
- 300,000 VND/ group: Ham Ninh areas (Jade Mountain resort, Naomi, The Pier,…)
- 350,000 VND /Group: Cua Can area (Movenpick, Green Bay,..)
- 450,000 VND /Group: Vung Bau/ Vinpearl area/ Bai Dai)
- 500,000 VND /Group: Ganh Dau area (Sea Breeze..)
2. Children’s policies
- Not suitable for under 8 years old kid
- Children from 8 to 14 years old and under 155cm tall: charge at 900,000 VND
- Children 14 years old + or children 155cm tall are charged an adult’s price
3. Holiday surcharge: 150.000 VND/ person will be applied on National Public Holidays (30/4; 1/5; 1/9; 2/9), Christmas (24 – 25/12) and New Year’s Eve (30/12 & 1/1), Lunar New Year
NOTES & PRO-TIPS:
- Kindly ensure that you have a substantial breakfast or lunch and procure seasickness pills independently, at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, to maintain optimal energy levels.
- Please remember to bring snacks as outdoor activities may induce hunger
- Prepare a long-sleeved shirt or swimsuit for snorkeling to safeguard your skin and reduce reliance on sunscreen. READ WHY.
- Consider bringing towels for warmth upon return, dry clothing for changing, and a waterproof camera for capturing underwater footage
- Participants demonstrating signs of intoxication (read reason) prior to the tour may be denied service. In such instances, refunds will not be issued.
- In the event of unforeseen inclement weather conditions, we will issue an apology and notify participants of tour cancellation through email the evening before or by nightfall. OnBird typically forecasts weather conditions 5-7 days in advance, allowing for ample preparation time so you can trust in our operation

HEALTH & SAFETY
- Due to the nature of this activity, individuals with impaired physical mobility or those using wheelchairs are advised against participation.
- Individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, as well as pregnant women, and seniors above 65 years old are advised against participation. PAYMENT GUIDES
- Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB…)
We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payments (www.onepay.vn) as well as other high-security Payment Gateway. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant) or Payment Gateway Servers (even safer than OTAs that are storing your card information)
- Cash payments
Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation initiated by the guest.
- If a cancellation occurs more than 03 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued at no charge.
- If a cancellation occurs within 02 days of the departure date, the deposit is non-refundable, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the circumstances.
- If a cancellation occurs within 01 day of the departure date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available.
b. Cancellation initiated by OnBird
Bad sea/weather conditions: To address adverse sea and weather conditions forward open-water experience, OnBird has developed an advanced forecasting system that predicts wave levels, wave directions, tide levels, and currents. This system enables us to assess weather and water conditions 8 to 12 days prior to the scheduled tour date, ensuring both safety management and an optimized experience. You will get full refund, on top of that you know the cancellation possibility few days prior to the tour date. Thereby if any bad weather/sea condition occurs, please understand that OnBird knew about it and will inform you 3 – 7 days in advance for you to prepare sub-plans.
In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, please be assured that OnBird will notify you 3 to 7 days in advance, allowing you to make alternative plans. Should a cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund, and you will be informed of the cancellation possibility well before the tour date.
- Minimum Participant Number: Each tour requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the necessary minimum is not met, OnBird will cancel the tour and notify you in advance. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
OnBird Phu Quoc retains the right to cancel or modify any bookings in response to adverse weather and tide conditions, insufficient participant numbers, inappropriate physical capabilities of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

1. WHY LOW-IMPACT REEF MEAL STANDARDS ARE IMPORTANT?
- Organizing on-island-meal sustainable is more complicated than you think which come with concerns about influencing coral reef nearby, thereby OnBird must have collections of standards to prevent meal organization from influencing our coral reefs.
- On this tour OnBird does not organize cocked-meal on small islets in South Phu Quoc Island like other tours but we choose on-main-island restaurant with sea view and advanced wastewater treatment system to keep islets less polluted.
