A private car & guide pick you up from your hotel to transfer to OnBird’s private boat dock Phu Quoc

Embark on the speedboat ride (20 – 25 mins)

The speedboat ride along floating villages where you’ll feel the Phu Quoc countryside atmosphere in 25 minutes, which will help you feel relaxed, and reconnect to nature. 

First stop: a calm & shallow water
Take a short training session and briefing and relaxation before snorkeling time, relax and get familiar with the open water and equipment we provide.

Move forward to the snorkeling site: Phu Quoc Coral Jungle Reef

• Explore the Coral Jungle Reef (one of the healthiest coral reefs left in Phu Quoc Island) with the highest coverage of coral in Phu Quoc Island (up to 82.5%).
• Depth range: 0.3 – 9m depth
• Coral & sea species: Table Coral, Cauliflower Coral, Mushroom Coral, Staghorn Coral, Octopus coral, Fiji Leather Coral, Brain coral, Giant Barrel Sponge, Sponges, Porite Coral, Cactus Coral, Cabbage Coral, Leaf Coral, Anemone…

Snorkeling time will be approximately 1 hour or 1.5 hours depending on your ability and demand

Hop on Robison Island (an isolated island) to rewind after snorkeling time 

Robison Island will be reached or not depending on the tides. Sometimes low tide makes it impossible to reach the island. Instead, our guide will spend more time snorkeling at the reef.

Get back to the last stop – a private beach in Half-moon Bay by speedboat

Enjoy a sunset drink & fruits will be served at a natural beach in a peaceful ambiance

Take rest, have a bath and enjoy the magical sunset of idyllic Phu Quoc Island from Half-moon Bay

Leave the beach and transfer back to the hotel by car/ van

Optional: A sunset dining by the beach can be arranged upon request of all the participants at a charge.

All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards.   Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation initiated by the guest.

• If a cancellation occurs more than 03 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued at no charge.
• If a cancellation occurs within 02 days of the departure date, the deposit is non-refundable, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the circumstances.
• If a cancellation occurs within 01 day of the departure date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available.

b. Cancellation initiated by OnBird

• Bad sea/weather conditions: To address adverse sea and weather conditions forward open-water experience, OnBird has developed an advanced forecasting system that predicts wave levels, wave directions, tide levels, and currents. This system enables us to assess weather and water conditions 8 to 12 days prior to the scheduled tour date, ensuring both safety management and an optimized experience. You will get full refund, on top of that you know the cancellation possibility few days prior to the tour date. Thereby if any bad weather/sea condition occurs, please understand that OnBird knew about it and will inform you 3 – 7 days in advance for you to prepare sub-plans. 
  In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, please be assured that OnBird will notify you 3 to 7 days in advance, allowing you to make alternative plans. Should a cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund, and you will be informed of the cancellation possibility well before the tour date.

OnBird Phu Quoc retains the right to cancel or modify any bookings in response to adverse weather and tide conditions, insufficient participant numbers, inappropriate physical capabilities of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
